Nude Lipstick

When it comes to nude lipstick, we need to be cautious. You can go away looking like you have dry/ashy lips, or you can go away with smooth natural nude lips. With dark skin, it's important that we go for something not too ashy and beige, unless our intention is dramatic. To be honest, you don't necessarily need to go for a shade exactly your tone, add some pink to create a more natural flesh look tone.

My tips:
  1. Apply powder or little foundation around your lips to stop lipstick bleeding and to stop your lips looking overly big or swollen like
  2. Apply a light pink/beige lip liner
  3. Mix similar shade lipstick to create your own nude, that's what I do! I mix MUA (Shade 9) with MAC (HoneyLove)!
  4. Finish with clear sheer lipgloss for a more pout look

Recommended lipsticks:
MAC "O"
MAC "HoneyLove"
Sleek "Naked"
MUA "Shade 9"
Sleek "Peaches and Cream"
